Make the decision

Make the decision

When making a decision I like to follow my intuition. And I'm not going to pretend that's an easy thing to do, so first of all let me give you some basics to understand what your intuition is and how it works. Intuition is your inner knowing, it's a part of you that's connected to your subconscious mind or higher self as I like to call it. It's often described as a feeling or a hunch that something is right or wrong. We've all had those moments when we know...! we don't know how we know, but we know! That's our intuition at work.

To tap into your intuition, it's essential to tune in, to go within, to get in contact with your feelings and emotions. Pay attention to your gut, (where your intuition comes from, hence the saying "gut instinct") and notice how your body responds to different situations. If you feel tense or uneasy about a particular thing or choice, it may be a sign that it's not quite right. On the other hand, if you feel calm and peaceful about a choice, it may be a sign that this might be the right decision for you.

It's also important to note that intuition alone is not always enough to make a decision. It's still essential to gather information, weigh your options, and consider the consequences of each choice. But, by listening to your inner knowing and combining it with logic, you can make a decision that aligns with your values and where you're going...and feels right for you.

If you want to incorporate your intuition into your decision-making process, one method that really works is to take some time to quiet your mind and go within. Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably and focus on your breathing. Take slow, deep breaths and allow your thoughts to come and go without judgment or attachment. By quieting your mind, you create space to connect with your inner world and access your innate wisdom. This will definitely help you gain clarity about the decision you need to make and align with your intuition to make a choice that feels perfect for you.

Another way to follow your inner guidance is to trust your initial reaction. Often, your first instinct is the right one, but we tend to second-guess ourselves or overthink things. If you feel strongly about a choice, trust that feeling and don't let doubt or fear hold you back.

And last but not least, future pace your decisions. What I mean by that is once you make a decision throw your energy forward in time, it might be 3 months, 6 months, or a year, and see what that feels like for you. Notice what you notice, see what you can see. How does it feel for you? What's happening in your future? How is this decision affecting the people around you? How is it affecting you? Sometimes this can be one of the most powerful tools that you can use when making a decision. By using our foresight we get to see things we might not have seen before.

Following your intuition is a phenomenal tool to use for making decisions. By tuning in to your inner self, trusting your instincts and your feelings, and combining intuition with logic, you can make confident decisions that feel right for you.

Until next month

Much Love,

Lela
